The Challenge
A client required the coordinated transport of a high-volume, non-stackable cargo load from the Czech Republic to a Belgian air cargo hub.
With a rigid flight departure slot, strict air-freight deadlines, and a large cargo footprint, every vehicle had to arrive and unload within the planned terminal window. Missing the scheduled departure was not an option.
Our Execution
- Smart Capacity Allocation: Deployed a synchronized fleet of three 13.6 m Mega FTL trucks and one 7.5 t rigid truck to accommodate the cargo’s non-stackable footprint.
- Precision Slot Management: Scheduled staggered loading at 09:00, 10:30, 12:00, and 14:00 to maintain warehouse flow and prevent loading bottlenecks.
- Express Transit: Assigned double-driver teams for continuous, non-stop transit across Central Europe.
Key Results

All four vehicles arrived and unloaded at the airport terminal ahead of the flight deadline.
